(Should only need to use 4-5) 4. Arrange to meet flat owner at Newmarket Flat. Their Mobile phone will be sent by text to you. 5. Park in Wilsons underground park. (Remuera Rd opposite Nuffield St) 6. Supply sundry tools eg Phillips and flat head screwdrivers / sundry shifter/ pliers/ allen keys - and dismantle hanging wardrobe and small desk. Not big task. 7. Where possible, pack soft and loose goods into boxes and seal with tape. Write summary of contents onto box. Eg Toaster, Kettle, Plates, Cutlery. 8. No perishables/food/liquids to be packed. These to be disposed of in the flat's rubbish chute or taken in van and disposed. 9. Load household effects and boxes down approx two floors to your parked van in pay-parking area. You pay $2 per 15 mins. Allow one hour = $8 10. Transport to Ellerslie storage unit 11. Meet reception to get details of accessing unit and you buy a padlock $14 12. Unload goods to storage unit. (second floor) 13. Post padlock keys same day in mail to Auckland address. 14. Liaise with job manager by mobile phone. 15. Allowing for contingency, job is total 5 hours 16. You will use your own money to buy boxes, tape and Felt Marker and parking, postage and any 'out of pockets' costs. A total of $70 has been allowed for this in the stated budget. 17.
