Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive of Airtasker fees. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. Hello! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities.
