I have two big suitcases and some other small pieces of luggage to move from my hotel in Auckland CBD to an apartment I'm moving into that's also in the CBD. My hotel does not have a lift/elevator and I'm in the third floor. I have a forearm injury and need help bringing my luggage to the ground floor, loading it into your vehicle and unloading all my stuff to the ground floor of the apartment building, which has a lift. I will not need help moving into the apartment.
