Airtasker UK Limited Content Creator Program
Terms and Conditions
Airtasker UK Limited (Airtasker) is running a content creator program where selected creators will receive a £250 Airtasker voucher in exchange for creating and providing social media content to Airtasker.
- Applications can be submitted by individuals who reside in the UK, are aged 18 years or older, and apply to the program by completing the Airtasker UK Content Creation Drive Application Form (an Eligible Creator).
- Completion of the Application form does not guarantee that an Eligible Creator will be selected to participate in the program (or provided with an Airtasker voucher).
- Airtasker will review applications and, at its sole discretion, will select the applicable Eligible Creator based on Airtasker’s assessment of merit based on the Eligible Creator’s application (Selected Creator). Airtasker’s decision is final.
- Once a Selected Creator has been notified by Airtasker:
- they will be provided with a content creator agreement to sign in respect of the content that they will produce for Airtasker; and
- Following receipt by Airtasker of the signed agreement, the Selected Creator will be issued with a £250 Airtasker voucher.
- If a Selected Creator does not sign the content creator agreement, they will not be eligible to receive the Airtasker voucher.
- The content creator agreement will include, amongst other standard provisions, that in exchange for the Airtasker voucher, the Selected Creator:
- must produce content and provide that content to Airtasker; and
- Do all things necessary to ensure that any intellectual property in the content produced by the Selected Creator, will be, and remain, the property of Airtasker.
- The Airtasker voucher is a multi-use code that entitles the Selected Creator to spend £250 on the Airtasker UK platform www.airtasker.com/uk (Platform) before the applicable voucher Expiry Date (defined below).
- To use the voucher, a Selected Creator must have an Airtasker account and must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the Selected Creator accepts the offer of an independent contractor and assigns the job to them, the Selected Creator must enter a unique voucher code when asked for payment details.
- If the full value of the Airtasker voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance may be used to pay for subsequent Tasks, until such a time as the total £250 value has been spent, or the voucher expires, whichever occurs earlier.
