What can I use the credit for?
The Business Starter Program vouchers are designed to help you hire Taskers to support and grow your business.
You can use the vouchers to post genuine tasks on Airtasker and work with local Taskers to get things done, from freeing up your time and improving operations to helping you scale without hiring additional employees.
Vouchers cannot be used to hire other businesses who are already enrolled in the Business Starter program.
This helps ensure the vouchers create real work opportunities across Airtasker, while supporting your business as it grows.

Airtasker UK Limited (“Airtasker”) “Supporting Small Business Airtasker Voucher Giveaway” Terms and Conditions
To show local small businesses the power of Airtasker, we’re giving away Airtasker Vouchers worth £500 to a selection of small UK businesses (in selected cities) chosen by Airtasker in its sole discretion who want to use the Airtasker platform and help build the Airtasker marketplace in their local community.
- An (“Eligible Business”) is a UK business (in an eligible city in the UK) that applies, by completing the Application Form, for the Airtasker Supporting Small Business Voucher Giveaway.
- Completion of the Application form does not guarantee that an Eligible Business will be awarded Airtasker vouchers.
- Airtasker will review applications and will, at its sole discretion, select a number of Eligible Businesses to each receive Airtasker vouchers to the value of £500 (“Selected Businesses”).
- Selected Businesses will be chosen at Airtasker’s sole discretion, based on Airtasker’s assessment of the business’s merit, need and the potential for Airtasker to have a positive impact on both the Selected Business and the Airtasker marketplace. Airtasker’s decision will be final.
- Airtasker vouchers are multi-use codes that entitle the Selected Business to spend £500 on the Airtasker UK platform www.airtasker.com/uk (“Platform”) before the voucher expiry date.
- To use the Voucher, a Selected Business must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the Selected Business accepts the offer of an independent contractor and assigns the job to them, the Selected Business must enter a unique Voucher code when asked for payment details.
- If the full value of the Airtasker Voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance may be used to pay for subsequent Tasks, until such a time as the total £500 value has been spent, or the vouchers expires, whichever occurs earlier.
- The Airtasker Vouchers will expire 90 days from the date of issue. Any balance not used by this time shall be forfeited. Airtasker may, at its sole discretion, elect to extend the expiry date of the Airtasker Voucher.
- By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree that any use of the Airtasker Vouchers on the Platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/uk/terms/ and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
- Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a Task you post on the Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you. To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any Task.
- By submitting an application, you acknowledge that if you are a Selected Business, you will be required to provide feedback on your experience using the Airtasker Platform. Further, you consent to being contacted by Airtasker to request your participation in case studies.
- Airtasker Vouchers are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Airtasker vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or coupon.
- This offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice in Airtasker’s sole discretion
- Airtasker vouchers issued pursuant to this promotion cannot be redeemed on any Task where the assigned Tasker has also been (currently or previously) a recipient of this promotion, or is otherwise associated with an applicant, for example, through an existing business or personal relationship. If Airtasker determines in its sole discretion that this activity has been, or has attempted to be, undertaken, Airtasker reserves the right to render any voucher issued under this program null and void, cancel remaining credits, pending payments and restrict any individual from using the platform or participating in any future promotions.
- If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the Airtasker voucher in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the voucher will be rendered null and void and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform. For example, this may include circumstances where a tasker account is established by a friend or family member for the purpose of redeeming the voucher received under this program.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
