A company in Wairau Valley has a piece of office equipment used in processing books which is experiencing a fault and needs servicing. This is not a large industrial piece of equipment, it is in an office and uses mains power. I believe the issue is a minor electrical issue, possibly a loose wire. As I am not close to this piece of equipment I cannot be on site but it is an office and I can talk to you by video if needed. Kitchen cupboard hinges have come loose because cupboards are too close together, causing strain on the hinges, and door may fall off. Bedroom door to closet doesn’t close because door is too high off the floor.

Window 1 (730mm x480mm) -Remove existing hardware (2no. hinges, one screw on latch) -Paint the window and frame, architraves, patch and fix where required. -Install window with new hinges and new latch French Doors (1950mm x 580mm) -Remove existing hardware (6no. hinges, 3no. deadbolts) -Paint the doors and frame, architraves, patch and fix where required -Install window with new hinges, latch and deadbolts. All paint, paint brushes and hinges, hardware screws etc will be provided, you will need your own tools (screw drivers etc)

The bathroom windows outside frames need repair/fixing, there are two windows.

There should be plates on headboard and bed frame that it can connect, its missing cannot attach bedframe to headboard and front board, screws missing as well

Take off the very old curtain rods and fix new ones on .drill required for this job Its not a time consuming job .but needs to get done. Handyman preferred
