I’m looking for someone to check my electric gate, as it sometimes works with the remote and sometimes doesn’t. The unit is about 2–3 years old. I’d like someone to inspect whether the motor, rail, or track is in good condition. It may just need a minor adjustment, but if the motor does need replacing, a reasonable price would be appreciated. Basically, the gate just needs a bit of TLC as it occasionally gets stuck. I think the part highlighted needs to be replaced, or maybe there is rust or something.
