We’re very happy to announce that we’ve partnered with The Good Guys to provide a new installation platform, which allows customers of The Good Guys to connect directly with the full network of The Good Guys’ experienced installers.
For customers, they’re able to track and coordinate with an installer at a click of the button, access certifications required and leave a review of their experience. On the other hand, for installers it will streamline payments and they will have access to all the information they need, whenever they need it.
“This is an Australian first, and we’re expecting it to trigger a fundamental shift in how retailers think about the post-purchase customer experience,” Airtasker co-founder and chief operating officer Jonathan Lui said.
“It will revolutionise their installation services by streamlining the process, enabling fast, accurate bookings with seamless contact between customers and installers,” he said.
Partnering with such a well-recognised and successful bricks and mortar retailer highlights how robust the Airtasker marketplace truly is. Members of the Airtasker Community will benefit from the new features, such as licensing, proposing time and adding expenses built specifically built for the bespoke retailer platform shortly.
Firstly, I like the Good Guys and secondly I’ve had wonderful Airtasker results since I discovered the site. When I visited the Good Guys in Preston about a month ago I received the usual excellent and understanding service (and I wasn’t pressured to buy something fancier than I wanted).
I was intrigued to see that Airtasker was used for all my 3 delivery, installation and disposal-of-old appliance requests.
Everything worked brilliantly. The only issues were various plumbing ones on site – nothing to do with the installers and everything to do with the age of the house. The issues were dealt with promptly and very reasonably. My thanks to the Good Guys, but also to the various Airtasker guys.
I have an suv so I am able to pick up boxed parcels and flat packs for delivery.This makes me happy to know airtasker now have The Good Guys on board with us.
