We’re more than just a product and design team that smashes out apps and websites. We’re the team that delivers an experience. One that runs online and offline as smoothly as the Danube River.
We work across the organisation to empower our users to do what they need in a clear, efficient and enjoyable way that uniquely represents who we are as a brand. Every day is an opportunity and challenge to design and redefine how services are traded.
We’re here to inspire and provide options for everyone regardless of age, gender, race or ability to access work. We’ve got a strong sense of community going on the platform and that’s what we need to keep growing.
Our team’s ways of working are…
Small but well-rounded and nimble, our Product Manager and Product Design team support each other no matter where we’re working from - could be your couch or office desk. We know that when we do this, we can create a positive impact on the team and individually. And when this happens, it allows us to learn, grow and adapt to any challenges that come our way.
There are times when we do crave in-person energy for things like a celebration, big brainstorm, sensemaking session or even just a good ol’ yarn in the kitchen.

We don’t mean to boast but we have the best of both worlds in one team: inspiring product thinkers and creative problem solvers.
As a team, we’re incredibly lucky to have and deeply value the diversity of thought that everyone brings. Whether it’s an ex-lawyer or an ex-architect, we have different life experiences all in one dream team.
We all believe in making time to have fun and celebrating even the miniest of mini milestones. It’s things like these that makes our team grow fonder.
