Our team’s role in Airtasker's mission is…

We’re here to support our Taskers and Customers. We’re continuously strengthening trust, satisfaction and loyalty.

We want everyone to walk away feeling heard, valued and supported. Otherwise we haven’t done our job.

From answering inquiries and resolving disputes to offering proactive support and educational resources, we're here for our community.

Basically, our success is measured by how big our users’ smiles are. By embodying our mission every day, we aim to build lasting relationships, drive meaningful growth, and create a marketplace experience that's truly second to none.

Our team’s ways of working are…

Our main focus is to be online when our users are, so the team works a rotating roster over a 7 day span across multiple time zones. Sounds crazy but we’ve got it all figured out. Most of us are based in the Philippines where everyone’s working remotely (yay to no traffic!). We’ve also got a small but mighty team based in Sydney.

It’s not all work and no play here at Airtasker. Our team love getting together, sharing food, making the most of the company socials and there’s always time for a dance or karaoke (don’t worry, we’re all tone deaf).

Lisa A.

What began as a side hustle soon became an “accidental” business. After years in a corporate job she didn’t enjoy, Lisa took a friend’s advice and joined Airtasker in 2017.
She took on gardening jobs, using her skills as a qualified horticulturist, with her very first task involving planting and weeding for a client, whom she is now good friends with and still works for nine years later.
Lisa says Airtasker gave her direction when she felt stuck, helping her turn practical skills into a career she truly loves.
