We’re rolling out a new offer ranking system to make it easier for Customers to choose a Tasker and faster for you to get assigned.

Offers will now be scored and ranked, with the highest one marked as the Top Offer.

This gives Customers more confidence when picking, and gives you clear goals to aim for to be ranked higher and recognised for great work.

Our offer ranking system is based on:

• Offer price: Offer is within a reasonable range of your budget
• Ratings: Consistently maintains a 5-star rating
• Completed tasks: Check for any Tasker-attributed cancellations
• Skills and competency: Number of tasks completed in the same category
• Trust: Verified badges and no breaches of Airtasker’s Community Guidelines
• Response time: How fast and consistently Tasker responds to Customers
• Rebookings: Tasker is trusted by Customers who rebook them on Airtasker

 

Earn more with past Customers

Rebookings on Airtasker isn’t new, but we’re making the whole process even smoother.

If you’ve done a great job, it’s an easy way to get more tasks from the same Customers.

Plus, when you get rebooked, you won’t pay any service fees – just the standard 1.9% transaction fee.

We’ve made Tasker profiles cleaner, more intuitive and easier for Customers to browse.

So now it’s easier for you to show what you bring to the table, and quicker for Customers to see that and book you.

We know how much effort Taskers put into building a strong Airtasker profile that highlights their professionalism and reliability.

To make sure the Completion Rate shows a more accurate reflection of your current performance, we’ve updated how it’s calculated.

It’s now based on your last 20 tasks, and not cancellations that Customers are responsible for.

To help motivate Customers to assign Taskers faster, and help you better manage your schedule, we’re trialling a new feature where you can set expiration times on your offers.

Early results show offers are getting accepted over 20% faster.

 

Get invited to make an offer

We’re testing a new feature that recommends Taskers to Customers based on the category and location of their posted tasks.

Customers can pick from this recommended list and personally invite them to make an offer.

For Taskers, this means more chances to get noticed and win work.

 

Say goodbye to confusing tasks

Ever come across a task that doesn’t have enough detail? Missing information can make it hard to know exactly what’s needed.

That’s why we’re exploring how AI can help Customers write clearer, more detailed tasks.

So you’ll have the information you need to jump in quickly and confidently.
