Airtasker has announced a partnership with Easyshed, Australia’s #1 Shed Manufacturer, giving customers the option to arrange local assembly when purchasing their Easyshed product.
“Some customers love building their own shed, and others would rather have it done for them. Partnering with Easyshed means everyone has a choice, with local help available for as much or as little of the job as they need,” said Claire Sotheran, Marketing Partnerships Executive at Airtasker.
While Easyshed products are designed for straightforward DIY assembly, some customers may not have the time or an extra pair of hands to put one together. A medium-sized storage shed, for instance, can take around five hours to assemble, or a full day for those who are less experienced with DIY.

Airtasker marketplace data shows that garden sheds, workshop sheds and bike sheds are among the Easyshed products most frequently assembled with help from a Tasker. With outdoor projects also picking up over spring and summer, the partnership removes a common barrier at the point of purchase.
After purchasing an Easyshed product, customers will get $30 off an assembly job on Airtasker worth $200 or more. The discount code can be used for a range of Easyshed assembly jobs, including garden shed and garage shed installations.
Customers can also arrange to have multiple products assembled at once. When posting a task, include each structure’s model, size, and installation site, so local Taskers have the information they need to provide an accurate quote.
