Tasks Include but are not limited to: All aspects of rural fencing - using petrol post hole digger, setting intermediate and strainer posts (packing or setting with concrete), knocking in star pickets, running and tensioning wire, tying off. Brush cutting, using a chainsaw, splitting wood with hydraulic splitter. Working with wood - using power tools to install timber fencing. Building wooden structures. Welding and metal work. Sawmilling logs using a bandsaw mill. Ongoing casual work for the right person. Other perks to the job after a period of ongoing performance: -Meals on shift will be provided as we need to keep you 💪 -meat and veg supply as we grow our own animals and food. -Firewood, land usage to grow your own food. -Lumber supply using the sawmill for dimensional timber and slabs (can sell your slabs for a profit). We have some bigger jobs on the horizon for longer and more consistent hours such as building a tiny house, dam construction, revegetation, pasture management etc. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and efficiency. If you’re a gun worker we will pay you what you’re worth and work will be ongoing. Shifts are between 4-10 hours it’s up to you. PLEASE look to where Mount Lloyd is before making contact.
