Hi there, A client of ours has an ice bath chiller that has a flow issue. There is a couple a things to which we think could be. 1. Water pump flow sensor (on the head side of the pump) - matter of cleaning out the pump. 2. One way valve jammed open - matter of pushing in a part to return it to spring loaded position. Need a technician to have a look at it as we can’t get our current technicians there asap. Also more than happy to consult with getting it working.
