Install down lights to whole home

I need about 10-20 downlights installed and old ones replaced. Do not have lights.

Rug lied down in living room. Downlighting changed (1 light) Oven light changed (stopped working)

One downlight is flickering or not outputting much power to the globe. The globes are fine, so need an electrician to come fix this.

- The current ceiling exhaust fan makes a lot of noise and needs to be replaced with a new exhaust fan as shown in the picture. Currently have this set up 2 sets of lights (15 lights) connected to 2 switches. Require re-wiring to make 5 Down lights smart lights.
