Install down light and provide as don’t have one

Request licensed installation to install 5x standard downlights and 1 dimmer. Family room = 2 downlights (as per photo) and 1 in the hallway adjacent to the family room. These can be on the same circuit as the two existing surface-mounted lights which are already on a proper dimmer. Note that these existing lights are (I believe) wired by a hub in the middle of the room where a pendant light used to be (see picture) Also two downlights in the master bedroom. The fan here doesn't actually work any more and can be disconnected with the view to removal at a later date (it's on a remote control and the crappy light works, not the fan). The two existing downlights are on separate switches next to the bed which we will leave. The new downlights are to be on a new dimmer. I can supply all the relevant parts beforehand (happy to have recommendations once we choose the job). Sorry probably too much information however best to be clear beforehand. Edit: my availability = this weekend, or next week Thursday or Friday or the weekend. Sorry working on other days Edit 2: single story house. Family room has high ceilings (3.5m??) and bedroom standard height ceiling. Easy access to roof via the laundry. Ceiling area is clean and insulated etc. Most of house is on safety switches / RCD. Wiring should be in reasonable condition as we had some new lighting and so forth put in last year (also ducted air-con in the bedrooms only)

Supply and install fire protection covers to 18 down lights in recently purchased property. Down stairs 8 covers (2.7m ceiling) Upstairs 9 covers (2.55m ceiling) External porch 1 cover (2.75m high) Alternatively, replace exisiting down lights with fire resistant type. Please provide suggestion in comment when putting forward offer. Must be qualified electrician and provide evidence of install.

Lighting fix and quote for new lighting. On a pension so will need to do one task at a time.

I can’t seem to get the down light globe out of my ceiling to change it. Is someone able to help me do this? I can pull it out of the ceiling but can’t see that it’s connected and I can’t remove the LED light itself

Want to install a pendant light in our living room and require qualified electrician to do the instal. We intend on using the same electrical connections that already exist, re route the power cable for one of the existing lights to the new one. Recently had some work done in daughters bedroom. 4 x Downlights with light dimmer control. Light dimmer control did not work. I had an electrician come and put a new dimmer control, replace all 4 LED downlights with new ones and then got 4 new transformer for downlight that allowed the dimmer to work. Ever since then though there has been a buzzing sound coming from the lights whenever they are on. The electrician who did the work has been unable to fix it. At this stage I would be happy to have no dimmer, normal light switch, have transformers removed and just normal existing LED lights. Just want the buzzing sound gone as it's very annoying! Would like someone who is confident they can either a) remove the buzzing sound or b) revert back to normal light switch without dimmer function, remove transformers (which I am guessing might be somehow be causing buzzing sound) Thanks!

The kitchen has four downlights that are connected to a loom and I need them changed to each have a 240 plug. This will allow replacement LED lights to be purchased at the local shop. It looks like the original LEDs were part of the government sponsored LED light program, and I can’t get spare parts for them..
