Move house nbn front from front room to a cupboard in the middle of the house. Run would be approximately 10 meters. Plenty of ceiling access in order to run cable through ceiling. I’ll data points were in the linen but when nbn connected up a new point, they ran it to a front bedroom.

Run conduit to allow NBN to run a fibre cable from the outside of the house. Conduit needs to be from the nbn box, into the roof cavity, across the front of the house, and down the inside of the side wall. Use existing face plate in the internal wall to bring out cable / string so nbn can install the cable. Note. There is no manhole access to the roof and it is a small space so likely some roof sheets need to be removed and reinstalled

We need an NBN utility box installed. Internal cabling is completed with the cables being accessible through the ceiling. The NBN technician could not establish the connection as the external conduit was unavailable at the building. As the cables are accessible from the ceiling, the following tasks will have to be completed: 1. Installing an NBN utility box on the external wall 2. Extending cables from the ceiling to the NBN utility box. 3. Dig a trench and install a conduit to run the fibre to the NBN utility box. I must admit that I lack detailed technical knowledge, so I am writing based on my best understanding. Also, we do not have the material required to complete these tasks.

Price is to attend to quote. Our dog keeps chewing our NBN cord underneath our house. Telstra comes out and fixes it but the dog keeps chewing it and severing it. Looking for a reliable qualified electrician, someone who is able to extend nbn cabling through the wall. The internet NBN cable only extends to the downstairs main home hub. The NBN modem and gear + security camera connected to the cable can only be installed downstairs due to lack of adequate cabling.
