Relocation of nbn box from bedroom to office approximately 10m parallel of frontage of home

I upgraded my internet to fiber node (FTTN). NBN box is installed in the garage. I need RJ45 set up next to the box, connect it to the box and to the modem inside the house.

Need to install a lead-in conduit from the street to the new house built to enable NBN connection.

I have recently installed NBN FTTP. I want a copper/ethernet cable from the NBN box in the garage to my office/study room (which is adjoining the garage). There is an existing data point in the study presently. The intention is to connect the NBN to this data point. Cable requirement approx 15 metres.

Need to Install NBN fiber cable from outside NBN box location to opposite side of house near the garage. The NBN box will be on the left hand side of the property near the front on the side. And the fiber cable needs to run to the garage on the opposite side of the house. It is a two storey house but there is already an Ethernet cable running from the room adjacent to where the NBN will be on the outside. Can follow the same path as the Ethernet cable as it goes to the exact same location.

1. Relocate the NBN electrical connection point in my house to a position closer to where my setup is so that the NBN technicians can st up the NBN Boxes there. 2. Install a high speed ethernet cable (Cat 8) to the adjacent room where my computer is situated.

Handyman or licenced cabler required In preparation for NBN FTTP install. Run conduit from external lead in through roof space to desired NTD install location in cupboard on internal wall (full ceiling height). Must meet NBN guidelines and include drawstring from both ends. Approx 15-20m required. Single story, tiled roof.

Getting fibre to the house through NBN in a free upgrade. However given the shape of my house they won’t run the cable from the box on the house to the router connection point. They say that a cable contractor could do the job.

I had NBN FTTP technician out and because my house is not attached to my garage, (where the box is) he said I need to get someone to install a sleeve to take the cabling from the box through the garage, past a small open area alfresco and into the front of the house to a power point. - Due date: Before Friday, 16 February 2024

2 years ago a technician did a very messy set up of Telstra modem to a new location in house, rather than buy extender. Result see pics, very untidy looking set-up and patchy reception in living room where modem is. Relocate back to original location in study.

NBN showed up today to install my FTTP connection, however they can't run the fibre cable from a box outside the house to the termination point internally. Health and Safety won't allow them to climb on the roof, move a couple of tiles and pull through the cable to where I, ideally need it. I have 30m of fibre cable, just need someone to run the cable through the house to where I need it. While you're there... I'd like a quote to run 2 x ethernet cables from the termination point to two other rooms in the house. One already has a cable run there (the cable just needs to be replaced). - Due date: Flexible

I require appro 30-35m of telecommunications conduit (23mm Internal Diameter) installed running from my garage to my office through the roof. NBN will install the power supply. - Due date: Flexible
