Hi, I own an old house as an investment property in moorabin. Require 2 x corner window frames to be repaired. Most likely remove any dead wood, drill appropriate size screw to support frame. Potentially even put a dowel to support some timber wood hard wood filler. Would need to fill corners with wood filler, sand and paint over (paint supplied) Looking for structural and functional fix, doesn’t need to be aesthetically perfect as windows need to be replaced one day. Windows need to close easily for tenants. Would need to contact real estate to arrange time with tenants. Take photos of work, happy to cover cost of wood filler and wood hardener if required

I have put together the 4 walls of a garden shed already. I just need someone to screw the corners and the roof on and bolt it into the brickwork to secure it. Estimate it’s about 1.5hr work tops.

We need to fix the spot with the hole with a cover that looks like in the 2nd image. Please quote for labor + wood and advise if you could source a wood that will look similar.

There is a bit of rotting of the weatherboard timber as seen on photos which needs to be filled and sealed or cut away and replaced.

Need carpenter to help with skirting boards. Boards need to be cut and installed in 4 rooms in our house either today or tomorrow (Saturday 23/3). We’ve already bought the skirting boards new and they are ready to be installed once cut.

You have experience in building sheds , leveling sand base, and fixing erected shed to a base. (Either you provide, or using my concrete) . I. Happy to buy all required material to keep price down. Assemble new shed in box with instructions.
