1. 4 standard doors and 4 pairs of built-in-robe doors need to be shaved 1-2cm at the bottom before new flooring is installed. No painting required - painters will do this separately 2. Would be great to avoid damaging plaster and skirting boards as much as possible but painters coming in after can patch up 3. Sash cords on large hung bathroom window have snapped/been cut. Cords need to be replaced and sash mechanism repaired. Unsure if single or double hung (a plumber said it was probably double hung but someone might have painted it shut at the top). Bottom window slides up freely, unsure about top one. Window panes may also need to be resealed in some places
