I am looking for a tailor to make alterations to a dress. It need to be taken in at the waist and also hemmed. It is a very straightforward tube style dress, made out of a jersey material. Ideally, would like would like the tailor to be in the Eastern Suburbs or alternatively Travel to me. Please do not respond to this advert if you can’t complete it by Thursday 6 June.

Take up sleeve length 10cm approx. Smaller button can be just removed

I have a black Barbour jacket it’s nylon with calf leather piping on the sleeves and hem, I need the sleeves taken in about 15mm and the length taken up about the same. Not crucial but if you told me the breasts can be let out, I would love that too. Love these jackets, and the shoulders on this one are spot on, please help.

I purchased a secondhand blazer that unfortunately has some damage to one of the shoulders. Someone has tried to hide the damage by doing a dodgy sewing job, which makes the shoulder sit very uncomfortably and it looks horrible (see pictures below). I would love someone to undo the dodgy stitching and get the shoulder looking as close to normal as possible.

Just bought a campervan and I’m looking for someone good with a sewing machine who can make me some curtains to fit in the van. I have the measurements and fabric already -‘I don’t need fastenings, curtain rods or brackets etc. 5 windows in total photographed in the same order as listed below - (1 & 2) x2 small framed side windows (3) 1 front to section off driver seats (4) 1 back and (5) 1 on sliding side door. 3 of the photos (1,2 & 3) show wooden dowels I will hang the curtains from, the other 2 doors are magnetetic under the gret felt so I’m just in the process of figuring that out - maybe sewing magnets into the top hem.
