I need someone to finish constructing the pergola. I was planning on doing this myself but I've broken my hand and I'm out of action for a long time. Here are the details for the job quote for you to send. Strengthen roof rafters and connect 2-3 facia extender brackets. Cut to measure and install waling plate, + x2 rafters, and beam. Cut to measure 2x h4 timber posts and erect onto the post anchors. Some slight levelling will be required. See photos for rough measurements of pergola size. I haven't decided on roofing style yet (most likely cooldek), but we can discuss a quote for that later if interested in this job also. Here are the materials I have (and It should be everything needed). Materials (already purchased) Two 100x100mm h4 timber posts (2.4m) two 140x45mm outdoor framing h3 (3.6m) 190x45mm outdoor framing h3 (3.0m) 3x dunnings extended fascia brackets. M10 bolts and nuts, 45x140 joist hangers , bugle screws, cleats.

Driveway drain needs unblocking. Even when I clear it out, it backs up with water, so the drainage pipe is blocked further up. There is a bag of rocks which can be removed (not sure if it's doing anything)

I have bought a shed from easy shed that I need to have someone come and assemble for me. The task would be suited to someone who has experience in joinery or has a tradie background The model is a TALL Gable model: ETG-D3023 Please look at the photos for the sizing and tools required. There is a manual you can follow. Important: - the land is not exactly level so a few adjustments will need to occur for the doors of the shed to be aligned properly - the assembly area is long but not wide. - I can provide a drill, but your own tools would be better. I do not have a pop rivet gun
