The optical cable seems to have come apart from the nbn box. Did some tinkering and now we also need the connector replaced aswell. Thanks.

Hello, I need help of an NBN cabler to re-cable/mount the FTTP boxes on premise, post renovation work please. The reno work is getting there and may be a month or so for front of house/painting to be completed. The existing install is as per pics but would like it cleaned up and box mounted flush on front of the house and inside NBN unit mounted effectively back to back (albeit at floor level). Not sure if you can hide the outside NBN utility box inside the new electrical meter box just above. Also there is slab cutout at the moment where we can run the conduit under for cleaner install if possible. Obviously the house is under the builders custody and need to co-ordinate but he's happy to work with others.

I upgraded my internet to fiber node (FTTN). NBN box is installed in the garage. I need RJ45 set up next to the box, connect it to the box and to the modem inside the house.

My installer gone missing without completing the work I paid for, so I need someone to finish the job. There are few items that need to be done. 1. All the cables for cctv cameras have been ran through the ceiling but I need 5 more dahua cameras installed (2 x 5mp dahua turret cameras and 3 x 5mp dahua fisheye cameras). I've activated an additional NBN FTTN connection. Service is active but I'm missing a telephone socket on the wall for the modem to be plugged into. I have been advised that I need an electrician to cable up from the MDF.

my NBN socket - was accidently kicked from the wall by my removalist. Need someone asap to just wire the plug on the inside - pretty sure that is all that it needs done there is like 4 tiny wires sticking out to wire into a plug - i do have the old little plug thing so I think it might just need to be wired price is a placeholder

Hi, I need an electrician to please install an NBN cable from outside downstairs to inside upstairs for the NBN box installation. I will prefer the less conduit possible to be visible. Therefore you will have to go thru the roof. NBN external access point is ground floor left side. I want the cable upstairs behind room top right. I will say approximately 20-25 mts.

Run conduit to allow NBN to run a fibre cable from the outside of the house. Conduit needs to be from the nbn box, into the roof cavity, across the front of the house, and down the inside of the side wall. Use existing face plate in the internal wall to bring out cable / string so nbn can install the cable. Note. There is no manhole access to the roof and it is a small space so likely some roof sheets need to be removed and reinstalled

My Internet got upgraded and now the new nbn box is in the garage. The nbn guys said they're not allowed to go into the roof but said it should be easy enough to run an Ethernet cable from the garage to the office through the roof space.

Price is to attend to quote. Our dog keeps chewing our NBN cord underneath our house. Telstra comes out and fixes it but the dog keeps chewing it and severing it. Access under the hours is fairly easy and straight forward but we need someone to attend to repair the line as well as fix it in some PBC pipe or something so that the dog can no longer chew it. Looking for a reliable qualified electrician, someone who is able to extend nbn cabling through the wall. The internet NBN cable only extends to the downstairs main home hub. The NBN modem and gear + security camera connected to the cable can only be installed downstairs due to lack of adequate cabling.
