Need a handy gyprock / screet proffesh to finish off a job for our office in The Junction. All products will be supplied like gyprock and plaster. But you may have to bring whatever tools you need for it. Job will be to sheet all walls, plaster and add cornice. Message for more info size etc.

I recently got some downlights installed. There are now holes in the ceiling as a result of the installation and removal of the old pendant lights. There are 10 holes which are about 1 or 2 inch in size. The holes need to be closed, plastered and painted. All the holes are in the ceiling and need to be painted white. See pictures for the holes. 2 storey Townhouse.

We need a gyprocker to patch and paint a dent in a wall at our property. We liver interstate so will need to oversee all of this over the phone and video. Potentially they’re could be some minor other dents surrounding the main one and for this we could pay extra. Job needed to be completed ASAP.

Fix 8 Floating shelves to wall. All very small approx 40cm wide. Must be level. All fixings included in pack. Mountings already in place on back of shelves so should be easy install. Previous experience hanging similar shelves desired

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

Remove existing wall mounted air conditioner, supply and brick existing space as well as gyprock internal space. Also prepare space above door for paint. If possible, paint brickwork, internal wall and unfinished section above door.

General repair of Gyprock wall

We have a hole in the ceiling due to water leak. The water leak is now fixed so need to close the ceiling with patchwork and repaint. Or even install an access panel for future use. It is a 600x300 hole in the ceiling. Images attached for reference.

A hole was cut for an AC vent by mistake, the new hole cutout was used to fill it up and screwed in, but its not a proper job. Need it fixed, should not take long.

We have some holes in our ceiling after some electrical work has been done. These need to be fixed and ready for us to paint. We also have a sliding door which has come off the tracks that needs to be put back into place.

We need to remove the centre gyprock wall we put in to cover an existing wall with a window. We now need this wall removed neatly and cleanly as it is a rental. There are wooden studs too. The gyprock will also need to be taken off site once the removal is done. Only one wall needs to be removed approx 4 meter long 3 meter high

I need a wall gyprock wall set and sanded and a cornice installed. Materials not supplied. Wall 800mm wide and 2500 high. Need both sides done.
