I have already painted the walls in my apartment I just need my living/kitchen and bedroom ceiling painted. I have the paint purchased. As you can see the ceiling has trim and different heights. The floors have also been freshly laid so they will need to be covered. Please note I have already prepped the ceiling, I have cleaned it and filled holes so it is ready for painting. **Bathroom does not need to be done.

Need to get a new deck sweeped and cleaned with water and possibly soap as construction dust has settled everywhere on it, gaps of deck to be cleaned out of the small trimmings. Adhesive residue to be cleaned off. Basically make the deck and finer details look new.
