Complete interior painting 3 bedroom two level townhouse 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry.

Need 1 bathroom ceiling done 2.7x 2.2 one toilet ceiling 2x1 and outside front of house and new front door stained and 1 bedroom cupboard wall and some gapping

We would like to have our upstairs interior painted before we have new carpets laid (drop sheets not necessary, likely to not bother with ceilings).

I have a 4 spots of peeled paint on my ceiling I need fixed and a sliding wooden door fixed/painted.

We have a few smallish inside paint jobs that looking to hire someone to help with. 1) Lounge roof: discoloured section of our roof due to a leak that’s now been fixed. Photos attached and would like to hire someone with solid painting experience, or qualified painter. Ceilings are raked approximately 3M at peak. 2) One average sized bedroom 3x-4m ceiling. 3) Small bathroom ceiling. Own equipment required, but we’ll supply the paint. Rooms are furnished so will need drop sheets etc. Not sure what a reasonable price would be but seeing, as it’s be prep, and a few coats have estimated a full day. Feel free to suggest alternative prices higher or lower in proposal as unsure of my estimate.

Paint walls and roof of ensuite bathroom. I don't have the paint or equipment. It will need a few coats of paint. A white mold resistant paint would be ideal. Day 1: Pressure wash wall. Apply cost of primer. (Supplied) Day 2: Apply 2x costs of membrane paint to external wall (we will supply the paint). Note: wall is on 2nd level so you would need transportable scaffold or extension ladder. You also need your own paint equipment.
