Complete interior painting 3 bedroom two level townhouse 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry.

The house is a rental. The walls are in good condition but need to be cleaned from ceiling height to skirting boards. It is a four bedroom and two bathroom house. It will require someone who is fit and energetic with an eye for detail.

I like someone to help us with paint in an empty house in Helensvale. Happy to negotiate a fair price. Will be painting with my husband, need extra help to get job done soon.

Outside of house needs painting

Fresh coat of paint to every room . There won’t be any furniture in the house. Also would like the bottom kitchen cabinets paints and front porch. Unsure on back porch. Also want to know if can paint bench top in kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath (separate small toilet), lounge, kitchen, small front patio floor. Unsure on back patio floor. Please advise how many coats of paint are included and also whether it includes skirting boards, cornices, ceiling, doors, window frames internal.

Need upper part of two story home painted have done lower part. Only weather boards and eves and the flat fibro 3 areas in all as have done the windows already I can supply paint. Need to be qualified painter

We need to clean the walls, doors and ceiling of the two floors in the floor plan and stair wall leading up from the garage which is on the bottom wall. They need to be cleaned to be ready for painting. No floor or tiles are needed. Thanks! Hi I need a price per day or a price per hour for a painter who is available next week to do some touching up in rooms in a home in preparation to sell a home. Some of the rooms have new plaster corners in them which would need to be under coated before painted And I would like a lot of trimming around the home to either be touched up or repainted. Happy to discuss this on the day when the person comes out. I believe there could be a few days work in it. Also if you have experience in oiling decks and wood features I can also give you that job as well, I would like someone who is reliable. I also have another property that I will be painting after this one so there could be ongoing works after this job is completed.

Paint interior - walls and ceiling - it will be newly plastered by the 25th April (it's currently brick so I haven't added photos as they will be changed to plasterboard). Flooring is going in on the 3rd so between the 25th April and 3rd May would be amazing. The hallway and toilet won't be plastered (they will still be brick) so a sprayer will be needed. All paint will be supplied.

I have painted one side of my house but didn’t have time to finish the other side which is weatherboard . I have used about 5 litres for the side and the under windows at the front I have painted by double coating but I still have about 7 litres of already tinted paint waiting to be used plenty for the unpainted side . I have fibercement filler for minor repair as well . So would like that unpainted side to be brushed cleaned and filled in fibercement repaired with the filler where needed and double coat painted .

I’m preparing this house for sale and the inside needs to be repainted.
