We are flexible on the date but needing someone to paint the exterior of our house as we are selling. It’s the top story of an old QLDer. Needing the weatherboards, fascia’s, eve/ soft and gutters painted. We will provide the paint unless you can get it at cost. Own painting equipment required. Would recommend you drop by to quote but also happy to negotiate. The photo I have attached is just of the front but it will be all around the house but on that upper level and the bottom fascia’s etc on the flat attached at the front. Probably will require 2 coats. Happy to negotiate the price I’ve just put an average in but very happy to negotiate.
