Hello, I’m after someone to replace this old galvanised down pipe as it’s rusted through. I am after a galvanised replacement & not PVC. Current dimensions of the pipe is 95x45mm but I’m almost certain that that size is obsolete & has been replaced with 100x50mm. For reference from ground to bottom of gutter is 2460mm. Would ideally like work to be completed on a weekend. Any questions, feel free to ask

Carport ceiling panel fell down due to being fixed in with nails by original builder. Need to place panel back up and screw in and secure other panels with proper screws. Fix needs to be functional not aesthetic for now. I have placed some temporary black timber screws into the other panels to prevent them from coming loose

Only have 1 jack with no jack stands, need someone can assist trolly jack or hoist even better to drain gearbox fluid and replace. Oil supplied don't know how 2 do it myself apart from knowing all 4 wheels must be off ground

Liquid concrete was used to create an angled slope for rainwater disposal. The rainwater is meant go towards the basketball system where the drains are installed. As seen from the pictures, the concrete has cracked, and rainwater still accumulates after the rain on the area approximately 2.8x2.8m. Needs to be fixed before the court is painted. Any ideas are welcomed. The agreed price should include all the materials and tools supplied, no hidden costs. Only qualified contractors with the relative skills please.

the existing basketball board/system needs to be elevated by 4cm (from 3.01m to 3.05m). 6 bolts and 2 plates are supporting the system on the pole currently. Located Grange. I have removed an old sink and need a new one installed. I have purchased the new sink that has wastes and re-cut the bench hole so that it fits.
