We are a children's charity situated opposite HBF Park helping vulnerable children and young people living with middle ear disease and hearing loss. I need a licensed electrician to install a ceiling fan remote control receiver. The receiver has quick connector ends, but whoever has installed the fan originally has stripped the quick connector off and directly attached the power lines and motor lines to the receiver.

Need to drill 6 holes on a fence top cover ( see photo the red square part ) to hang my plant pots. The cover is kind of aluminium I think. Essential you have your own tool and steel drill bit.

A safe was removed from our wall and left us with a hole. We need Gyprock cut to size and patched or bricks to infil. Something to tidy it up today before we move out. We weren’t aware it was there (behind a picture) and now it is on us to fix it!!!

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources.
