We want to put a wall to separate our kitchen from the living room. No door required. The wall will be 4mx1m.

Install 1 baby gate. Not a hard job at all

Multiple holes and damage to the wall from a previous tenants kids. Around 10-12 holes. Looking to be fixed and painted (paint can be standard white/cream colour as unsure of specific paint kind). Some scuff marks as well need a little paint. Also need help fixing a door that’s jammed and won’t slide open/closed. Possible damage/ bent tracks stopping it sliding. If unfixable or requires a replacement can discard this fix. Thanks

The fence side door gate need to do some adjustment so it can be closed properly. Atm, it has dropped down n it is too close n tight to the wall for me to lock it.

Build and install ikea cabinet with tapware . Install tile splashback and silicone (tiles, adhesive and silicone supplied by owner) . Clean up rubbish

I need a small garden shed to be erected on a tile/ concrete pad.

I need someone to attach two wooden privacy screens onto poles - at the moment I have them tied up temporarily to the pole but I would like them to be permanently attached to the poles so I would need someone to drill into place. Please refer to the picture for reference.

The anchoring bolt of the side garden gate attached to the wall is loose. The garden gate is now half detached from the exterior wall of the property once the gate is opened. Require someone to anchor and seal the gate back properly to the exterior wall. Need a proper permanent fix. Also note the bottom of the gate there is a hole drilled into the gate, allowing the bolt to penetrate deeper into the wall (see photos, highlighted in red circle). The middle, and top of the gate had no holes on the frames of the gate, so the bolts from the middle and top of the gate does not penetrate into the wall.
