Looking for the follpwing jobs Job 1: Some minor repairs on a gutter please at front of house. See photos below. Firstly we have a hole in the top left of our gutter that needs to be filled and painted. Job 2: Secondly we have part of our lower downpipe that has been smashed and needs replacing. See photo. Job 3:. Finally I need the Architrave (wooden) of 5 x windows Architrave only painted (1 coat only of vivid white). Plus the white fascias (see photo - again one coat only). Please note all of this will be pre washed professionally so little prep needed. If you can only do part of the job please specify what part and what your quote is. Need this done before or by Saturday, ideally Wednesday this week, Friday or Saturday. We are on the Northern Beaches, we will supply the paint.

The gutter on one side of our two-storey house has two holes and needs to be replaced. The pipe carrying water from roof into ground also needs to be replaced. There are solar panels on the roof which may restrict access. I'd like to get a quote for the work. Would also be interested in getting a water tank but this could be a separate task if necessary. - Due date: Flexible

2 Tasks 1) Gutter realignment - Colorbond roof- 2 gutters need to be realigned so that water doesn’t stay 2) Concrete Finishing- recently laid out concrete and retaining wall. The previous guy did not finish the concrete sealing ( between existing house wall and new concrete laid on side access), and also some section at the driveway. Around 30 mtr in total.

Fit two lengths of metal guttering. ("Monument" colour). (1 x approx 1200mm, 1 x approx 3400mm). Connect to existing downpipe with white coloured section of downpipe (approx. 800mm). Mounted to solid timber 'facias'. Height will require ladder work or similar. Work at approx. 3000mm bricked wall , 3600 above tiled area below.

Fix gutter . About 10 m of the gutter was removed while fixing fascia. Need to fix it back

After raining, water will drip from the joints of gutters for a while

Check the gutter &fix a leak on a outside water trough

Concrete deck floor guttering channel needs a touch up repair. Want to fix gaps in sides of channel where water is leaking down and put a new grate over the top 14 mtres

Waterpipe to be joined with first floor gutter. One small floor tile in Patio popped out

Roof gutter of the first floor has partially come off, and is hanging by a nail. The task is to reattach the gutter using existing brackets. Happy to share pictures.
