Need someone to cosmetically repair leaking roof. See pics please Just need it to look nice again - I’ve already paid a roofer to repair the external cause.

My sunroof cloth has come out and the cloth and roller needs potential replacing

Removalist truck backed into 1st floor gutter. Need to replace end with the same colour aluminium, repair kink in the middle and reseal the corner.

Remove loose roofing clout and replace with screws on metal roof. Replace faulty valley with new section.

Ceiling is showing signs of a leak in my colorbond roof where the partial gable ends. Joint needs resealing.

It's raining here today, and there is a slow steady drip in my son's bedroom. I'd like to repair this asap. It's a crack in one roof tile. It's been siliconed up a couple of times, but I would like to replace the tile. I don't have a spare tile, I need help sourcing one

The sunroof always worked well but the other day it started to rain so I pressed the button to make it slide and close. It went well as always but stopped about 40mm short of closing. It started to rain heavy so I pulled over, used one hand to hold the close button and the other hand to push it closed. It closed but now it won't open again or even tilt open when I press the buttons. I can hear the sunroof motor when I press the buttons but nothing moves. MY12 Subaru Impreza

Recently had house painted and the rain has exposed a leak in the living room (see picture of stains on ceiling, roughly 30cm diameter). I suspect roof tiles may need to be replaced which I have spare / can supply. If it is a more serious issue happy to discuss solutions upon inspection as I understand you can't really quote until finding the problem. Offering $100 to fix, happy to pay materials separately if additional required to be purchased.

We have a flat room, the seals are a few years old and we have water coming in through one of the light fixtures. This happened once a few years ago and a tradesman came and sealed the roof and that fixed the problem

Repair roof ridge caps. There seem to be some cracks. No leakage issue etc. at the moment. Just want to be safe from another further deterioration as I want to install solar panels. Attached pics show all the cracks that solar panels installers found. It's a 2 story house.

Some sheeting has come loose of the awning timber and needs to be refastened. The whole structure will be replaced within a year so looking for a quick fix.

Requesting someone to repair roof leaking where flat metal roof extension joins with the tiled roof. I've had a look but couldn't see any leaves blocking anything. - Due date: Flexible

It looks like the nails have detached from the timber that attached to the gutter. Just need to get fixed - Due date: Flexible
