Gutter install/replacement for a sunroom 6m X 3m with downpipe(or plug into the existing down pipe)

Two wood fascia are rotten need to replace approx 6 m in length each side

There's a hole in the fascia board. I suspect this may be due to a crack in the gutter or another issue. From the attic, you can see that there is a hole in the board. This is a double storey home.

Gutter on back deck is leaking in the middle under the join. Unsure whether this can be repaired, or required to be replaced so it drains properly into downpipe.
