Hotpoint WMBF 944 washing machine fault code F05. Can’t drain machine. Have tried via screw cap outlet at the bottom of front panel but to no avail.

Free-standing front-loading washing machine moving about - downstairs neighbours have complained that it rattles pipe (see picture). Machine is relatively new (3yrs). Needs fixing in place - imagine installing feet most effective way but open to suggestions. Concrete floor. Alternatively (or as well) could encase pipe with something to insulate from vibration. I have an integrated washing machine that I need installed. The previous one is free standing so the kitchen door and skirting board also need to be fitted. Skirting board will need to be cut to fit. Door will need hinge holes cut. I will need help taking the old washing machine to the curb for collection (2nd floor flat with an elevator).

Our washing machine is integrated and we need it removed, TAKEN AWAY, and the new one set up

Washing machine connected to a socket at low level, and the fused spur at high level which turns the socket on and off keeps turning off and on. I think the connections might be loose or it needs to get replaced. Will need a qualified electrician please.

There are 2 tasks that involve our washing machine: 1) The machine sometimes moves when spinning at high speed. We hear it banging and moving forward.
