For the evening to run smoothly, I'll need a coordinator/support to help out on the evening. Important: You will need to be punctual, organised and efficient. Requirements: - Basic setup (placing flowers in the centre of the table (x6), name placement cards on the table, drink menu placement and setting up bluetooth speaker). - Organising guests (27 guests in total) - Communicating bar spending and bill payments - Liaising with the photographer - Point of contact for guests if they have any questions - Smartly dressed I'm not looking for a waiter/waitress as the event is being held at a restaurant, I'm looking for someone with event coordinating/PA experience.

2 Serving persons to look after guests and clear after the party

We are having a party at Haggerston Community Centre that will need cleaning after the event. The party will finish at 10pm so we need the hall + kitchen area to be cleaned between 10pm and 11pm. Venue - https://communityhalls.hackney.gov.uk/venues/2 so you can see the hall. We need to following done: The hall, kitchen and bathrooms (there is a male and female toilet with 3 toilets in each) need to be swept and mopped. The kitchen surfaces will need a wipe down. The rubbish will need putting in to the bins outside. There may be a few tables and chairs that need putting away (max 3). Please only apply if you are confident you/a team can achieve this within the timeframe (10-11pm) as we must leave the venue by then.

Need outdoor ligtning decorate for birthday celebration

We’re having a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and we need 2 people to serve drinks before and after the ceremony. We have the venue booked from 2pm to 5pm and we will serve drink during that time.

Need spmeone to help out with a kids birthday party. Help to heat and serve food. Make sure the coffee and non alcoholic beverages are topped up. Setup party food table, help with clean up afterwards. Job is for approx 4 hours

Hello! I need a sous chef for a few hours, tasks will include cutting vegetables, meat and helping wash up. You would need to arrive at 12.30 and be there until 17.30. Very friendly bunch of people, I am an ambitious amateur chef and could really do with another pair of hands.
