Painting and gutters repairs to top of house. Prep work, scaffolding, all required equipment must be included. All products must be appropriate for outdoor conditions.

There is a leak in the gutter where it bends around the house. It's either where the gutter is joined badly or perhaps caused by rain water overflowing as the part of the gutter is too low and needs to be raised. (see photo 1 and 2) It's causing water to spill onto the window ledge above my front window and badly penetrate my wall. (see photo 3) Currently there are 4 houses connected to a single downpipe so part of a bigger solution would be to add new downpipes to each property to help distribute the water but persuading the neighbours is proving a challenge as some are in the process of selling. (see photo 4) My neighbour tried to fix the problem earlier this year by extending the height of the gutter by bolting on extra guttering which in my opinion has made a mess and hasn't fixed the issue. (see photo 5) Right now I think we need to replace the gutter on my property and add a new downpipe in the short term. The new downpipe will need to be fed along the hedge and to the flower bed to drain. (cant add additional image in air tasker)

Removal and disposal of all existing boards, all insulation & general waste from loft space. it is overall 31m2 but the insulation is present in only 60% of the area

1- Seal concrete gutters with either Flexitec 2020 Resin or Aluminium gutter lining 2- Paint them with white exterior paint. 3- Replace the wooden fascia board in the rear as seen in the photo. 4- The front flat roof also need sealing as some portion of felt has come off from the wall. 5- Roof tile pointing is required as in photo. 6- Some small portion of felt inside the loft is broken and it needs fixing. Information: There are no side concrete gutters only front and rear for the size of 3 bedroom semi detached house. The quote should include labour and materials. Quote me for all the work mentioned above and not part of it. The quote should consider both aluminium gutter lining / Flexitec 2020 Resin, white paint, fixing the felt from inside loft and out on flat roof and pointing some roof tiles

Two simple pendant light fittings need installing. Shouldn't be too complex. Conservatory only gutter cleaning. Potentially fill in a leak in conservatory roof.

The felt on shed roof has come off. Would need replacing. Also above kitchen (which is part of an extension) there’s a black seal that is cracked so I’d like this replaced too.

We need the top gutter connected to the bottom gutter so the water runs down here and into the bottom gutter.gutter to be provided.

Clean out all downpipes and guttering tall ladder required

Refix towel rail onto wall. Fell off due to kids hanging and brackets fell. Roof support wooden beams carried - causing roof tiles into a 'bow' shape. Damp proof course injection into exterior wall. Kitchen cupboard back boards broken - need to be replaced with something more durable and supporting like Ply-board or MDF. Investigation and repair of a Leak from somewhere in exterior wall - causing interior wall to crumble (separate wall for required DPC).

Need to have my loft insulation removed into bin bags and loft sweeped clean. I can provide high quality mask, bin bags and broom. Loft is 34m2 approx quality

Gutter clip replacement and gutter clean - 9-10m high

We need to add additional sound insulation (acoustic engineer suggests vinyl but open to ideas) to existing upper office walls. We also need to insulate additional offices. We have some wood on site and many rolls of the grey fabric as seen in photos but quote should otherwise include the cost of materials. In photo, right side is insulated but needs more. Left side is open and wooden beams plus insulation need to be installed. There are roughly 11 sections that need to be done but we will prioritise 4 of them. Feel free to quote for 4 (roughly 4M in width) and note what you'd charge for each additional segment.

Clean all Concrete and UPVC guttering front, side and rear Repair where necessary and waterproof all gutterings Paint the concrete gutterings. The front upvc downpipe has come off from concrete gutters, and side uPVC gutters may need replacing joint. White paint on concrete gutters is required

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
