The main lock on my bi-fold main door is no longer working

I am the owner of Honda CBR125R 2016 BK08 XXX (all legal with documents). We tried to install the new lock with my dadб but have run into a problem, looks like we are missing support beze. I am sending you photos of what it looks like where I am holding it with my fingers. I need to install a new lock so I could put it up for sale as I don't use it and it just stayed in the garage for over 2 years,. All the information is online if you run the check. Replace bedroom door handle, with the same model that has a keyhole (so the door can lock). I can buy the spare parts needed or you can buy them and we add them to the cost.

I can be flexible on price and I am just getting quotes at this stage and am unable to answer telephone calls today I would like my lock barrel changed There is nothing wrong with my current lock, and there is no damage, literally just want the barrel changed so I can have a different set of keys. The lock is called wink haus and it's a upvc door. It only locks via a key from the outside, and locks via a turning mechanism inside. I am happy to purchase the lock if needed.

Premises requires a number of the doors having their locks replaced. One of the doors is heavily damaged. The others are fine and just require the barrels replacing.

The keypad entry lock on my front door has failed and it needs replaced. I have ordered a new unit (same model) which arrives today and it needs to be fitted. It’s should be a matter of a few screws and setting up a new entry code. No holes to be drilled. There are currently airnb guests in the property so it needs to be done this afternoon. Yale charges £145 for installation including drilling for the new lock. I would prefer someone who has lock smith experience.
