Treadmill powers on but the belt doesn’t move when a speed is selected. Also when an incline is selected, the incline will just go to max incline, even if the lowest incline is chosen. I have bought a new control board and the issues are still happening. Not sure how else to proceed.

We have a Nordic Track C700 Treadmill that is having some electrical issues. It will turn on but sometimes the band won't move, or takes 20-40 mins to warm up before it will start going. Other times it doesn't move at all. Need a repair if possible!

I want to change the toilet seat in my rental property but the metal nuts and bolts that attach it have rusted together/corroded, deeming it nearly impossible for me without the right tools! The toilet itself is clean and the seat seems to be practically unused. The landlord probably won't help me as it's an aesthetic decision to change the seat (and I'm terrible at these sorts of things), so it'd be great if you could come and get rid of the old bolts. I don't mind if the seat is damaged in the process but don't want to break anything else... I can install the new seat.
