Celebrity standard duel motor riser recliner has stopped working and needs fixing asap

There are 2 chairs and both legs are broken. We tried but it looks new legs are needed. Is anyone who can make chairs?

Large internal spring broke, inside the back of a manual reclining chair. We can see the broken spring, but can’t easily remove or replace it. The back of the chair won’t stay up when you lean back on it. It might be possible to bring the chair by car to a workshop. - Due date: Flexible

I have 17 ofice-type chairs that are a dark green and I would like to paint dark grey. The frame is black and does not need painting. The back and seat are fabric and need painting dark grey. Aprox 1 sq mt per chair? I have pictures. Not sure it is worth painting to keep. We are a charity so not a lot of funds!
