Hi there- I am looking for a plumber who can install bidet spray in 3 toilets. (1 at my place and 2 at my friend’s place) - Location Schofields. Bidet spray pipe has to come from inside the toilet by drilling a hole on the side of toilet. I have attached the photos of toilets that require installation and also another picture on how I looking that to be installed.

Currently the toilet flush tank is connected to rainwater from the rainwater tank and through a pump. In the absence of rain water the freshwater fills the tanks and then gets pumped into the toilet flush tanks. We want the toilet flush tank to be connected directly to fresh water.

The toilet is clogged, and water doesn't evacuate quickly after each flush. The floor waste also fills with water after a couple of flushes. We've tried using a plunger and drain cleaner liquid, but we weren't successful.

While connecting our washing machine hose to the water outlet, there is a leakage in droplets. We need someone to fix it up.

Require check on rainwater tank and toilet bowl water. 1. My rainwater tank motor is running continuously. Not sure if its pressure issue? It keeps running, turns OFF for 1-2 seconds and turns ON again. 2. Also, when I flush my toilet, the water in toilet bowl acts wierd and does not fill water properly. Both these issue happened at the same time. The rain water is used in the toilet flush. 3. Need to change shower pipe. We will have a new shower pipe similar to our current one. 4. Need to check and clean (if required) the drain in shower. Sometimes the water does not flowin drain and we have to use the plunger.

Listing this again as it hasn’t been sorted yet. Hot water in my new house doesn’t work. Im happy to pay and send real estate the receipt and he can pay me back as hes located far away. Just moved into this new house in Schofields on Saturday and hot water doesn’t work. Its gas hot water with electric ignition rheem 27. Needs servicing/ fixing.
