Hi there, my hubby and I just bought our new 1st family home for us and our 2 year old ! We bought a home that needs a bit of renovations specifically the flooring needs to replaced and there are holes and cracks in the plaster in the walls. As well as the whole place needs a paint job. The shower also needs to be replaced . We have about 2 months to complete these renovations and would like to work with a trust worthy tradie to do this. Hope you would really consider this job. The settlement will likely be in early September.So now just wanting to find some one we can work with then. Due to such interest we would be happy to pay for a quote for this job initially, we won't be able to see this home for a few weeks now to get the quote-say likely at the start of june 2024 and the renovations are set to start in September.

Original studs behind the blaster wall is not enough to hold the new 90cm wide towel rails, looking for a handyman to do the repair the blaster wall and reinstall two towel rails. Purchased a brand new Nylex retractable hose set from Bunnings this afternoon, and would ideally like someone that's qualified at mounting things like this to come and install it for me. Everything is in the box, as new, all you'll need to supply is your own tools, and of course your time. I imagine that it's probably not that big of a job, so while my budget is obviously negotiable, it's probably only so within reason. We're not mounting a $100,000,000 painting here.
