We require a skilled handyman to remove portion of tile and plaster around recently repaired plumbing and replaster and tile. House is old and made of timber wall frame. Key points: -Limit amount of tiles removed as we do not want a full wall reno. -Ensure new plaster is MR (aquachek,etc) -We will provide tiles (100x200 subways) -Neat cuts around plumbing outlets -Please make sure to work carefully to not damage anything

Hang two external solid core timber doors. This includes chiselling in the hinge and installing the handles. Doors in the image are the old doors. New doors and handles are ready to be installed.

Patch 1 ceiling hole and 2 wall abrasions. The ceiling hole will need plank of wood attached via roof.

Wooden shutters (on 5 shutters) are not closing, small nails have come out on closing system or wood split. Need an alternative closing rod or system

1-bdr apartment. flyscreen of the balcony came off the frame. It needs to be replaced and if mesh needs to be replaced, it needs to be done too.

Need some scratches repaired on rear door and panel repainted.

I have a cracked bumper on my Hyundai i20. I have purchased a replacement bumper (secondhand as they don't sell painted ones new). I would like the old one removed and the new one installed.

The door is for an indoor pool area. Needs to be lockable and to automatically swing shut. Dimensions are 75 x 179cm. The job is to remove the old door, supply and install the new one. No painting.

After removal of tall cupboard to make fridge recess, wall needs small amount of patching and painting. The wall is 1.7M long, normal height and runs behind stove which can be moved a little to allow painting behind it. The attached photo is of the area before the cupboard was removed.
