Clearing of commelina cyanea, Scarlett sage and other weeds from garden beds. This is quite a big job and would like someone to spend about 6 hours on it (or 2 people for 3 hours). Quote to also include removal of the green waste as our green bin won't be enough. There will be quite a lot of green waste. Pictures show examples of overgrown flower beds and I can provide advice on which plants I still want to keep on day.

My apologies for deleting task for those of you who gave some great quotes before. Need a job asap, bring your own tools, take it all with you. Includes mowing upper and lower lawn on medium sized property no significant hills usually takes me about an hour and a half. Also whipper snippering. Weeding by pool area and out front. Light trimming of sides/bottom of two Poinsienna trees that are now so low they touch ground and cover driveway (you’ll need one of those extendable chainsaws). I’m budgeting this as four hours work if you finish before that I’d love for you to take some of the leaves out of my pool. We’re showing my house but I’m recovering from a surgery so wanna make it look nice. Anyways, 4 hours see what you can get done. Will need this all done again in 3-4 weeks. Then will want someone to do a light pruning/maintenance service once every few months while tenants live here.
