Small block of land in Toowong. Front and back gardens to be maintained. Initial Visit: Gardens haven't been maintained for approx.. 6 weeks and require extensive weeding, etc. This will require more work than the ongoing regular maintenance. Regular garden maintenance: Review state of garden each visit and where needed weed, cull plants, fertilize, replace dead plants, prune bushes and shrubs. Remove garden waste. Budget is for regular maintenance. Please quote for initial visit.

I’m looking to get my yard cleared up before we move out next month. The front yard has a garden bed that has been quite neglected and is covered in leaves/sticks. The driveway has a tiny patch adjacent to it that could do with some whippersnippering. The back yard area is on an incline. Theres a fair amount of Leaves, Weeds, sticks and palm fronds. No grass at all so a mower won’t really be necessary. Basically need the whole yard cleared and all the waste removed and disposed of. I reckon it might take 2-3 hours or less? This will be a pretty big clean up. The garden hasn't been touched in months. The front of the house, sides and back will need to be done. I am not 100% how big the space is. The entire block is 607 sqm including the house. Will likely need a skip bin. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 5 December 2023
