Need someone to tidy up garden for end of lease - Backyard flowerbeds, plant trimming and weeding

I have some new house plants and I have no idea about repotting, (i.e. soil quality/type, how-to), and would also love some general advice about best placement in my house. Plants include Fiddle Leaf Fig (this defintely needs repotting as I think it has signs of root rot), peace lily, umbrella tree, rubber plant, lady palm, octopus tree, corn plant, and then a couple of small money plants. Secondly, I would love to learn as we go if the right person is willing to talk me through what they are doing. (the photo of the plant in the white pot isn't my photo hence the pot isn't mine - I bought all without the decorative pots. The fiddle leaf pot is mine though). PS i don't think they will all need repotting - but I would love to know if the person helping me can identify their general health based on the soil they're in.

We require a front yard and rear yard lawn mowed, some shrub trimming. Around 2 cubic metres of bark in garden beds. Around 1.5 cubic metres of soil into backyard with grass seeds.
