Kitchen reno needs patchwork done stonewall cladding and bamboo flooring. We have the tiles and flooring so just need someone with some skills photos are pre reno as it won't start untill early may so needs to be done on the weekend of the 18th may

I bought large Lino tiles from Bunnings with adhesive on the back (bit like contact that you cover your school books with). I would like someone experienced to lay them in our kitchen and dining room in a professional way (eg accurately and neatly). You will need to help move the fridge to tile under it. The dining is approx 5x 5m and kitchen probably 4x3. They are adjoining rooms. I just laid out some tiles to see what it would look like- that is what is pictured. The existing flooring is a large plastic type tile (not ceramic or Lino- not actually sure) but it’s in very good condition, very flat, no grout). Please message if you have any Qs

Kitchen area - Lino removed already. Wooden engineered flooring needs removing. Living area - Lino and wooden flooring need to be removed. Install new tiles, supplied by us. Cost for labour for tiling/grout. Area as below - kitchen/dining/living - approx 40m2. Will need costing for larger tile size of 30cm x 30cm then smaller size of 6cm x 24cm.

Install replacement Laminae 8mm cliplock floorboards into 2 sqm cut away area at door where. See pictures. Floor boards to be provided by me.

I have 2 rooms that need Quick Step Click in Laminate installed in. I have the flooring (16 boxes) and 1 roll of underlay in my house. Also have a flooring kit with pull bar, spacers and a tapping block if needed. I will have scotia ready too. We need a reliable person to remove 60sqm of carpet & vinyl from a 1960’s house in Karrinyup. The carpets and vinyl are on top of the original jarrah floor boards. These two tiny skirting boards have rotted looking them replaced. Not a big job at all but better someone with skill

Skirting to be reapplied back. About 30 metres approximately New flooring was installed so skirting was removed and labeled to be replaced back once job is finished.

I have a 6m x 4m mancave, i need skirting board installed on 3 sides, 2 measure at 6m and the 3rd is 4m. Would also like some false beam panels installed on the ceiling arches, to simulate that old pub effect of a wooden structure. Please see photos.
