We have a section of kitchen floor where the floorboards are bulging up. The floorboards are engineered board on a thin foam underlay on yellow tongue particle board. We have lots of spare boards if they need to be replaced. There are kitchen cabinets on the surrounding floorboards which may make removing the ones around it more difficult. Lay and level chipboard flooring in attic for added storage space. Area is approximately 10m2. Joists and rafters are different heights, so packing timber will be required. I will supply the chipboard. Access is good, via folding attic ladder. The space will need to be vacuumed prior to flooring. Looking for someone to do a pretty neat job. The guys that installed the heating system laid some boards. These will need to be lifted and redone. Flexible with time, Saturday or Sunday. Thanks a lot!

Finish prepping - a little bit of underlay left in kitchen only. Pull out any remaining nails. Sand - used bunnings sander in one bedroom already 3.8x2.7 room. Oil - 3 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, laundry, living.

Install new skirting board (materials not provided) approx 19.5cms.

Need roughly 13.3m of corking/sealing done to fill in hybrid flooring gaps.

Had some floorboards we are laying in apartment on ninth floor penthouse suite delivered and are located in garage on ground floor. Need one or two persons to simply bring them up to apartment with elevator.

Need a chippy or labourer tomorrow morning to remove old floorboards. If you are a qualified chippy, there is also work when redoing the flooring after the plumber is done this week. Thank you.

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.

I have had some rennovation work done, which required removal of hybrid floor boards from certain spots in my living room and kitchen. Need help fixing them up again. Looking for someone to install some engineered timber flooring. 14mm thick. Flooring is “click-in”. Will sit on a concrete slab which is clean leveled and ready to go. No glue required.
