We have had a section of floorboards installed after removing fireplace Needs to be sanded and blended to be a close match to original floorboards (see photos) Roughly 1800x400mm

Replace mdf (or something similar) on two thirds of the bedroom floor with tassie oak floorboards to match original. Carpet has been removed to reveal two thirds of floor is mdf. Bedroom 3m x3m approx. I can purchase timber if it’s straight forward?

Polishing wooden floor boards

Lay and level chipboard flooring in attic for added storage space. Area is approximately 10m2. Joists and rafters are different heights, so packing timber will be required. I'm about to get new carpet laid. Before I do, I would like someone to come out and fix the squeaky floor on the 2nd storey as well as the staircase. You would need to walk around and see which parts squeak and which do not. I want someone who has experience with this type of problem and can fix it and get it done right the first time. The top storey is not that big, 3 average size bedrooms and a small hallway plus the stair case. The rooms are carpeted but since the carpet is going to be changed, the carpet can be pulled up if required. The hallway carpet has mostly been removed due to a small renovation we just did as you can see in the images. It also needs to be done on either Thursday 28th December or Tuesday 2nd January after 10am. - Due date: Before Thursday, 28 December 2023
