I am looking to hire an experienced cleaner/s. I'm not an agent, but a local cleaner that is looking to hire an experienced cleaner/s to work for me - this is a premanent ongoing position. Initially part-time hours, but working up to full time hours etc. Must have experience as you will be working autonomously at existing, established jobs. Must have ABN, ideally living on the North Shore/Northern Beaches, own transport & products/equipment, Police Check (or be willing to get one), speak fluent English and be able to work in Australia - this is an interviewed position. Clean my empty 1br apartment ready for hand over with new owner. My apartment is already quite clean as its been on the market. Attention would be on -br wardrobe (dusty skirting frames) -windows (3 of them plus a small bathroom one) inside only -balcony door inside and outside and clean balcony -bathroom full clean (vanity wipe out and clean mirror, shower and toilet) -wipe out laundry cubbord -kitchen go over (I cleaned this myself but just a wipe over, Attention to oven (clean but needs a bit more love) -Sweep and mop I can provide all equipment and supplies. However I don't have a vaccume (you won't necessarily need one as it's all tiled but if you have one it will save a sweep) I have included photos but this will be vacant possession when you are here.
